The Pork and Beats Festival Vendor Policies and Procedures

Food vendors: 
Must be non-pork items
Sell on Friday evening and Saturday.
Friday Hours are 5pm – 10pm.
Saturday hours are 7:30am-6pm.
Cost is $75 for both days. $100 after Oct 1st.
Food vendors must obtain a TFE from the Bladen County Health Department.

Crafts and non-food Vendors:
Set up on Saturday only
Cost is $10 for a  10’ x 10’ space - $25 after Oct. 1. (Saturday only)
Set-up time: 7:30am –9:00am
Display time: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Power will not be provided for vendors. However, whisper quiet generators are allowed.

Vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas.

Vendor 10’ x 10’ booth space is assigned upon arrival. Vendor is responsible for their own chairs/table and tent. Restroom facilities and trash receptacles will be provided.

Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Vendor is liable for any and all damages done to their facility, goods/services, equipment and injuries to any Festival participant.

Vendors shall hold harmless the Festival, its Directors Board Members, Staff volunteers, etc. Of all claims, fees, costs, expenses and damages.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
