Public Notice: Christmas Closing and Trash Schedule: In observance of Christmas, the Town offices will be closed from Tuesday, December 24th, through Friday, December 27. They will reopen on Monday, December 30. TRASH SCHEDULE: Wednesday trash will be picked up on Thursday, Dec. 26. Thursday trash will be picked up on Friday, December 27 and Friday trash will be picked up on Saturday, December 28.

Kidde Recalls Dual Sensor Smoke Alarms Due To Risk of Failure to Alert Consumers to a Fire

Name of product:Kidde dual-sensor (photoelectric and ionization) smoke alarms – models PI2010 and PI9010Hazard:

A yellow cap left on during the manufacturing process can cover one of the two smoke sensors and compromise the smoke alarm’s ability to detect smoke, posing a risk of consumers not being alerted to a fire in their home.

Remedy:Replace
