PUBLIC NOTICE: Halloween in Elizabethtown is scheduled for Thursday, October 31st between 5:30PM and 9PM for Children 12 and under. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult. A curfew will be in effect for all youth between the ages of 13 and adult age after 1 :00 p.m. on October 31, 2024 until 6 a.m. on November 1, 2024.

This is notice to the public of a Special Called Meeting (Virtual) for the Town of Elizabethtown Town Council on June 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.  The purposes of the meeting will be to consider the FY 2020-2021 Final Budget Amendment and the Second Amendment to Site License Agreement between the Town and SunCom Wireless Property Company, LLC.
