Town Continues to Work on Economic Development – Statement from Town Attorney

October 18, 2024 

I wish to advise on behalf of the Town of Elizabethtown that the County is aware that we are currently working on some of the issues which they wanted to be addressed. The Town Board is also continuing to communicate with the County on some development projects which are ongoing. The Town has worked diligently to promote economic development in our Industrial Park as well as residential development to provide affordable housing. We will continue to prioritize the best interests of our citizens and businesses in all of our actions and decisions. The Town Board of Commissioners will be providing further response at a later date.
