TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN

PUBLIC NOTICE

This is notice to the public that the Elizabethtown Town Council will be conducting a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 12 o’clock Noon in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building, 805 West Broad Street. The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct a Public Hearing for conveyance of a 5-acre tract of land at the Elizabethtown Industrial Park to Asphalt Technologies, LLC.  This land conveyance is for an economic development project pursuant to   NCGS 158-7.1.  Council invites all interested persons to attend and present their views.
