NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Zoning Board of Adjustment

Proposed Variance Request, Town of Elizabethtown, North Carolina.  Pursuant to NCGS 160A-364, 385 and 386, the Town of Elizabethtown will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider the following:

Request:   For a Variance of Rear Setback
