According to Town Council procedure, any individual who wishes to appear before Council must complete this request form and submit it no later than six (6) working days prior to the date of the scheduled meeting. Your request should be specific and provide sufficient information which will allow Council to consider the matter. Copies of any supporting material should be included with this request form. Individuals requesting to appear on the agenda will be granted a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes to make a presentation.
