PUBLIC NOTICE: The Elizabethtown Town Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 5, 2024 in the Elizabethtown Town Hall, 805 W. Broad Street.  There is a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings take place in the Council Chamber.

Water Service around Swanzy Street to be Interrupted on Wednesday, July 27 starting at 10AM.

On Wednesday, July 27th, the Elizabethtown Water Department will be relocating and replacing a hydrant on Swanzy Street. Starting at 10AM, water service in the area on the map may be effected. According to Public Services Director, Steve Duffy, “The Water Department is doing as much preliminary work as possible before turning off service and will do everything possible to return service as quickly as possible.” The interruption is anticipate 2-6 hours depending on what issues are encountered. Updates will be posted here and on the website.
