Public Notice: TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE   The August 2025 Town Council meeting date has been scheduled for Monday, August 4, 2025.   There will be a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings take place in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building located at 805 W. Broad Street.

ATTENTION RESIDENTS:

due to expected inclement weather from Hurricane Idalia , GFL Trash collection will not be operating on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Trash / recycle collection for Thursday customers will be serviced on Friday, September 01 and Customers whose collection is on Friday will be serviced on Saturday, September 02. Please do not put out your containers until the storm has passed. If you have any questions, call the Town Office at 910-862-2066.
