Public Notice: TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE Amended 9/9/26   The regular September Town Council meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026 in the Elizabethtown Town Hall, 805 W. Broad Street.  There will be a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings take place in the Council Chamber. due to expected inclement weather from Hurricane Idalia , GFL Trash collection will not be operating on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Trash / recycle collection for Thursday customers will be serviced on Friday, September 01 and Customers whose collection is on Friday will be serviced on Saturday, September 02. Please do not put out your containers until the storm has passed. If you have any questions, call the Town Office at 910-862-2066.
