Public Notice: TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE Amended 9/9/26   The regular September Town Council meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026 in the Elizabethtown Town Hall, 805 W. Broad Street.  There will be a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings take place in the Council Chamber. Public’s Assistance Needed in Ongoing Investigation

The Elizabethtown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in the ongoing investigation into the homicide of Jabral Rogers. Mr. Rogers was tragically killed on Saturday, August 10, 2024, between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. in the area of Gill Street and Martin Luther King Drive.

If you were in the vicinity during that time, or if you have any information regarding Mr. Rogers or his death, we urge you to come forward. Any details, no matter how small, could be crucial to solving this case.
