Subject: Community Announcement of $2.25 Million Federal Award to Elizabethtown

The Town of Elizabethtown is proud to announce a $2.25 million Federal Grant Award for the Curtis L. Brown, Jr. Airport. The grant, which was recently included in H.R. 7148, was signed into law by President Trump on February 3, 2026. The award will help us grow the Elizabethtown Airport and position us for increased visitation, travel and tourism.

We would specifically like to thank U.S. Congressman David Rouzer for his support on this project. In addition, we would like to thank Electus Governmental Affairs for their support and guidance of our legislative requests.
