NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The public will take notice that the Elizabethtown Town Council will be conducting a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026 for an amendment to the Code of Ordinances.  The ordinance amendment will be to add a new chapter for Underground Utility Contractors’ Permitting Procedures.
