Public Notice: TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE The regular January 2026 Town Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 5, 2026. There will be a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. Meetings take place in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building located at 805 W. Broad Street.
The Bladen County Forestry Service has issued the following statement, due to hazardous forest fire conditions a ban on open burning has been put in place effective November 29th at 5:00pm and shall remain in effect until further notice.
