Broad Street.  There will be a Noon Work Session, and the evening meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings take place in the Council Chamber.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed Zoning Map Amendment, Town of Elizabethtown, North Carolina.  Pursuant to 160D-601(a), the Town of Elizabethtown will conduct a public hearing on June 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building, 805 West Broad Street.  Town Council will consider the following:

Request: Rezoning for a mixed-use development including residential and limited commercial uses from SZD to R10 SZD.
